What data will be deleted?

When you request data deletion, the following information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active systems:

• Account Credentials: Your email address, phone number, and authentication records.
• Professional Profile: Your bio, work experience, education, skills, and any uploaded profile images.
• Application History: Records of jobs you have applied for and your status in those applications.
• Settings & Preferences: Any saved preferences or notification settings.

Important Considerations

• Permanent Action: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose access to your account and history.
• Service Providers: Some data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period as required by law or for security purposes, but it will be inaccessible for any regular business operations.
• Ongoing Applications: If you have active job applications, deleting your data will withdraw you from those processes.

To ensure the security of your data, we use a manual verification process for deletion requests:

3. Our team will verify the request and initiate the deletion process.
4. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete, typically within 7-14 business days.
